I stayed at this hotel for a wedding, and it certainly had its ups and downs. The two-room suite we got was really great for my family, especially with kids. Unfortunately, the service left a lot to be desired, as the staff often seemed overwhelmed and unprepared to address any issues. The location was a bit dismal, making it hard to find places nearby, particularly at night. Overall, while I appreciated the spacious room, the service and location could use serious improvement.

7.0/10

I recently stayed at this hotel and found it to be quite pleasant overall. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, which made my stay enjoyable. The location in the hills of Phoenix is lovely, although it felt a bit out of the way from downtown. The rooms are spacious and clean, but I noticed some areas could use a bit of updating. Dining could use improvement, especially given the prices. Overall, it was a good experience, but there are definitely areas for improvement.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The views were absolutely stunning, but I faced some frustrating issues with check-in and the service, especially in the restaurant. The rooms were decent, but not ready when I arrived, which was a letdown. Overall, while the scenery is a highlight, some aspects could use significant improvement.

The rooms had a nice view, but mine wasn't ready until four hours after the promised check-in time, which was quite frustrating.

The service in the restaurant left much to be desired. Our server was absent far too often, and their attitude was off-putting, making ordering a bit of a hassle.

6.0/10

The hotel has a lot going for it with its great location near some lovely restaurants and North Mountain preserve for hiking. However, I found the rooms to be quite outdated and not especially clean, which was disappointing. The service varied; some staff were friendly while others seemed a bit indifferent. Dining at the on-site restaurant was a pleasant surprise, offering great food at reasonable prices, but breakfast choices could use improvement.

Rooms
5.0
The rooms felt very old and run down, and they definitely need better cleaning. While there was a mini-fridge and coffee maker, the furniture seemed cheap and dated.
Service
6.0
Some staff members were friendly and checked on us daily to ensure we were comfortable, but others made me feel somewhat unwelcome.
Location
7.0
The location was nice, with plenty of good places to eat nearby and quick access to hiking trails, but it could get tricky to navigate around the area, especially at night.
Dining
8.0
Dining at the Pointe in Tyme was excellent with great value, and I appreciated that it wasn't your typical overpriced resort fare.
Facilities
5.0
Facilities felt a bit dated, and while there were amenities on site, they could use a refresh to match the competitive standards.
