Reviews and Ratings
I stayed at this hotel for a wedding, and it certainly had its ups and downs. The two-room suite we got was really great for my family, especially with kids. Unfortunately, the service left a lot to be desired, as the staff often seemed overwhelmed and unprepared to address any issues. The location was a bit dismal, making it hard to find places nearby, particularly at night. Overall, while I appreciated the spacious room, the service and location could use serious improvement.
I recently stayed at this hotel and found it to be quite pleasant overall. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, which made my stay enjoyable. The location in the hills of Phoenix is lovely, although it felt a bit out of the way from downtown. The rooms are spacious and clean, but I noticed some areas could use a bit of updating. Dining could use improvement, especially given the prices. Overall, it was a good experience, but there are definitely areas for improvement.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The views were absolutely stunning, but I faced some frustrating issues with check-in and the service, especially in the restaurant. The rooms were decent, but not ready when I arrived, which was a letdown. Overall, while the scenery is a highlight, some aspects could use significant improvement.
The hotel has a lot going for it with its great location near some lovely restaurants and North Mountain preserve for hiking. However, I found the rooms to be quite outdated and not especially clean, which was disappointing. The service varied; some staff were friendly while others seemed a bit indifferent. Dining at the on-site restaurant was a pleasant surprise, offering great food at reasonable prices, but breakfast choices could use improvement.
My stay at the hotel was enjoyable, thanks to the spacious and well-kept rooms, plus a very friendly staff. The location was really convenient for all the activities I had planned. However, the dining options were quite limited and didn’t match the prices. Overall, it offered good value for money, but I wish the dining experience was better.
